Speak With Integrity - S.M. Bjarnson

Be Impeccable with your word. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

Today's spout of motivation/inspiration is categorized in the column of words. Many things can be said about the words we write. But what about the words we speak? Are they helpful? Necessary? Kind? Are you speaking for other's benefits or your own?

Remember, "If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all!"

So there is literally thousands of gossips circling this place we claim as home. Earth has been turned into a fictitious reality show, only the materialistic at heart choose to accept. Us, common folk look around and shake our obedient heads in a silent disappointment. We have made the decision to steer clear of the worldy wonders, because we realize it has destroyed and will destroy once again.

"Watch your thoughts; they become words. Watch your words; they become actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become character. Watch your character; it becomes your destiny."

As writers do our thoughts and feelings turn into fiction hold more truth, hold more soul than that of this living world? Can you honestly suggest the hidden heroes would claim stardom if they would know they shall be ruined by it? Expressions of gratitude are placed in the very throws  of enchantment. Saying thank you can change your appreciation levels of a higher self-esteem and IQ rating.

"Better than a thousand useless words is one word that gives peace."

Shall we all enter a room that conflicts the humbleness in our souls? Let us as writers, as visionaries revise our  speech to benefit and profit humanity, instead of destructing the behavior, let us nurture the backbone of future generations with kind words and imaginative thinking. -S.M.B
